MGM is re-releasing the stargate SG-1 series in special ed. 10th anniv. They are supposed to be way cheaper, and contain a sneak peek at season 2.

I love this series. My wife thinks I'm Crazy (OK That's a given) when I watch show after show that I have already seen. It looks like they are just changing the packaging, I didn't see anything on different material.

I have to say in this particular series the slim packs out do the older sets by a mile. I picked up season 9 last week when it came out to almost finish off my set and it was great. They have added the play all feature which wasn't in the sets previously and the episode summaries are much better on the new sets.
