Godfather 4 (will never happen)
Mad Max 4 (don't wait up)

One's I have heard about:
Indiana Jones (wants to become a film, but no one can seem to decide on a writer.)
Terminator 4 (may star the Rock if they ever make another, although Arnold may star if it's made after his term, and he's not doing anything else)
Hobbit (never know what can happen when the sequels make billions)
Pirates of the Caribbean 2 (everyone is supposed to be returning)
James bond 21 (no duh! of course they will! Pierce may be back for this one)
Alien 5 (James Cameron is extremely interested and reportedly wrote a script that takes place in a what if scenario... like what if the ship never crashed and newt and hicks and Ripley were still alive. This might never happen of course)
X-men 3 (brian singer will not direct, maybe he'll produce)
Fear and Loathing 2 (I have no idea)
Depression
