I just watched this movie today, it was really entertaining!
Like many, I initially found the shaky camerawork annoying, but later on I adapted. Too many grainy closeups in the beginning arrrrgh. Someone either really liked to stick cameras in the face of their actors or intensely loved long lenses.
Anyway, I was riveted till the end, but here's something I didn't expect and rather shocked me:

I can't believe Marie died 10 minutes into the movie! I was stunned! They just...KILLED...her! Although I'd understand the reason for doing it. The movie would feel too much like the first one and it'd be hard to let Jason do his thing efficiently. At the same time, it feels kinda cool for a summer action movie to take little gambles like this.
