"They trace those calls, stupid. I've seen it on Dragnet."

Yeah, I know, I was just kidding. But a PG-13 rating wouldn't hurt Episode III if they went for a darker, more sinister tone that befits the transformation into Vader. But I bet it'll be PG. By today's standards, Empire would have probably been PG-13...

I think I have your answer TGP.

His head didn't fall out because Lucas wanted to maintain his "PG" rating. A very large portion of today's Star Wars viewing audience are still kids.

"Seven cents Vern?" "I still haven't found my penny jar!"

Seeing as how the DVD Set was just released, I felt it appropriate to resurrect this thread.

This may seem inconsequential (and probably quite nerdy), but does anyone know if there's any significance to the "operating number" in the line "TK421, why aren't you at your post?!"?

>>When and why do R2 & 3P0 have a memory wipe?

A better question is will Lucas bother with it at all or will he blow it off?

>>Why didn't Quigon disappear when he was killed?

Because he wasn't righteous like Obi-Wan and Yoda and he lacked wisdom. That's my theory anyway.

I thought I'd resurrect this little gem one last time before the 19th. Does anyone have an inside scoop? Has anyone here been to a premier and know if any of the questions posted here are answered?

TGP, his head actually flies out of the helmet when it gets severed. All you see is a faint, flesh-toned blur going in the opposite direction of the helmet as both fly out of frame. It may of been something else, but the trajectory seems to come from the neck of Jengo, and it happens at the same time.

Well, I seem to have solved one of the questions. 'Ol Georgie boy has kept "Revenge Of The Sith" pretty darn near the length as the other two pre-quils. "Phantom Menace" 133 minutes. "Attack Of The Clones" 143 minutes. And now "Revenge of the Sith" 140 minutes. So at least it will be as long as the first two.

As Lucas intended "Star Wars" to be fantasy mythology rather than sci-fi, the Skywalker siblings kissing each other fits in with ancient Greek and Roman models. Plus, it's not as if Luke and Leia knew that they were twins.
