Anchorman

I'm sure I wasn't the only person here who was looking foward to this movie. I thought the movie was hilarious, but ultimately I was a tad-bit underwhelmed. Alot of my favorite scenes in the trailers were cut. I read an interview the director and he said there is so much cut footage that there can be another film on DVD. Maybe we will get an alternate cut or just a lot of deleted scenes. I love Will's sense of humor and it's always the little details in his writing that crack me up. (ie Paul Rudd talking about sex panther cologne "It's made from bits of real panther, so you know it's good.") When I'm watching a comedy it's lines like that the subtle humorless lines that really do it for me. The cameos were also great. I just cant get enough of Vince Vaughn.
