The movie has my interest as Travolta and Phoenix are strong and very capable actors. Not much story was revealed in the trailer but it's hard to resist wanting to see flames on the silver screen again.

I'm with you. Travolta is an awesome actor in the first place, and Jaquin (also in "The Village" coming out this month) is a good actor as well. My father was a Firefighter, so movies like "Backdraft", "Frequency", and now "Ladder 49" will always draw me in.
