Good NTSC/PAL Player?

ive been looking at many dvd sites and have noticed that other countries/regions get better dvd releases than region 1 NTSC. i am trying to find a good, low priced all region PAL/NTSC player. i know i will have to spend more shipping these premium dvds from other parts of the world, but it seems worth it. so does anyone know of a good one? or does anyone have one?

you might be able to unlock your dvd player to play all regions, thats what I did. what model and make is your dvd player?

sony DVP-S360. and i dont just want all regions, i need for it to play PAL formatted discs

i found a player on amazon that will play both PAL and NTSC discs, but it doesnt say what region codes it will play. it looks pretty cheap (well, it is only 39.99) ans looks like it is all plastic, but its progressive scan and will play what i want it to.

The Skyworth 1050 player (with component video and RGB via DB-15 connector slectable outputs) does PAL as well as NTSC playback...

I have a Daewoo DVDS151 DVD player that can play R1/PAL DVDS, VCDS, and plain CDs. You can use the menu button on the remote control to toggle between the NTSC and PAL signals when you pop in the DVD, but you can't preprogram it beforehand.

Talking about player compatibility with other Regions. I've got a Sony DVP-NS730 R4 player which has PAL/NTSC playback but I don't know if my player can handle RCE enabled DVD'S. Does anyone know if this DVD model has passed the test for RCE.
