I've noticed that there are numerous posts that go unanswered in that forum. I've had a few answered and I'm appreciative of that. But I do notice that there are some posts that have been there since the beginning of August which have not been answered. I was wondering if that was due to checking the validity of the DVDs in question and if so, is there other information required when making a request to have a DVD on the site?

For a while, we only had 1-3 staff members monitoring the Missing DVD's forum and sometimes we had overwhelming amounts of requests and some just slipped through the cracks. If The DVD that is being requested isn't valid, we usually would indicate why. Now, we recently acquired several new staff members who will help keep the database updated.

Thank you for your concern,

Um, why isn't there a review for MI3 on regular DVD. Will you be mainly focusing on HD/Blue-ray instead? Not too crazy about the site if that's the case.

Manta,

Roger (contraband) is one of the hardest-working people here at DVDTOWN. He and others like him toil behind the scenes trying to do their best to please everyone. Adding even a single title to our database, including finding cover art on the press sites, resizing it, and uploading it, is a mind-bogglingly, time-consuming job. We owe them a debt of gratitude.

Yes, well, this site has had more than enough time to get things up and running right! There shouldn't be any missing products in the database after almost ten-years of this site being up! I say chop-chop, quit sitting around the pool drinking sparkling wine and complete the database! No more excuses!
