Friend on another forum posted these pics and some info. Apparently shooting will continue until the end of the year and a trailer should be out aroun the Holiday season.

This film was filmed a few years back and never released though, right? I have seen mention of this throughout the years and I think someone on Ebay was selling a copy.
I wonder why they chose not to release this film, anyone know?

They never had any intention of releasing the first attempt. The studio made it on the cheap so that it wouldn't lose its adaptation rights. The contract stipulated that the studio had to make a movie in a certain amount of time or Marvel could re-sell the rights to someone else. At any rate, the first attempt was awful, but no one at the studio cared because it was an investment to keep the rights, having nothing to do with whether or not the movie itself would be tolerable.
