I don't think that having the reviews organized in recent 50, top 50, and one alphabetical list is sufficient to really call them organized and easily searchable. At least on the alphabetical list you culd break them up by letter with a clickable jump list at the top (clicking on A would take you to the top of the movies that start with A, and so on). It would be really easy to impliment and would definately make lide easier for scroll wheels everywhere. Breaking the movie up by genre would probably be problematic, but could still be an option.

That is a good point... though I would worry when the site starts to get a LOT of reivews... do you really want to wade through 75 titles that start with Q to get to the review you want?
But then again, I don't like the way DVDReview.com has their organized by genre...
So I guess I'm just aimlessly picky.

Currently you have to wade through the 500 or so titles that start with A-P to get down to the 75 that start with Q. That's not good. It's just a matter of putting in | A | B and so on and then and so on where apropriate. 10 minutes of work, tops.
I don't really think that organizing by genre is a great idea, I was just throwing something out. However, organizing by 50 most recent, 50 most popular, and top reviews is meaningless if you're looking for one film in particular- you have no idea when it was reviewed, how many people have been reading it, or if the reviewer ranked it highly.

Shit, who knew HTML was enabled. OK, without the angle brackets this time,
a href="#a" and so on for the top directory, and
a name="a" corresponding below.

Eddie took the word out of my mouth. Name search is the fastest and easiest way to find what you're looking for. In fact, I think that's why it's there!!! :@
