I was wondering if the staff here were taking considerations on making a 'Lounge Forum' where we can speak about anything and also mayne a 'Trade/Sale/Buy Forum' for buying dvd's from other members. Thanks

Yeah, Tim, thanks. Really helpful, get yourself an aluminum foil medal. I do love an idea of a Lounge forum. It has been said before that a DVD town gathered some of the nicest (Tim), and most intelligent (Eddie and me) fellas. Cinematic art is certainly a generous topic, but there are issues out there to argue about that have nothing to do with movies. All of our wisdom seems like a waste from that angle. Am I right or am I right?

In other words, I am in favor.

Though I can see why some would have a problem with the Trade forum. This after all is a non-profit site.

Well, I don't see the need of creating a separate forum as people can post whatever just about anywhere. If you guys really want to trade DVDs, then go ahead and trade them. :)

well, i think they mean (course this is just my skewed view on the situation) that a forum that has a name fitting to their discussions. Like it would be weird if they went on a Wayne's World comment list and started swapping DVDs wouldn't it? So if there was a lounge forum where you say anything about anything pertaining to movies, it would be a good idea (I think). Kudos to you Rogue! (Please tell me if I got this all wrong)

On the one hand, it probably would be good to have even more forum designations, so people would have an idea of what info they'd be getting and where to post particular stuff.

On the other hand, clicking around on numerous different forums gets tedious. And unless you click on all of them, you don't know what you're missing.

I'm glad this isn't my site. I just work here.
