I love your site. It is my main source when I buy DVDs. However, when I load DVD Town, I can't see the pictures on the right side of the screen under Just Added. The pictures on the left side load just fine, for example, I could see the Polar Express picturer just fine. Is there a setting I need to change in my Browser? Or what do you suggest?

I hope you can help.

Odd. What system are you using, PC or Apple? On my PC, I just tested the site using IE6, Netscape, Firefox, and Opera, and everything came up fine on all four browsers. Computers are weird things.

If you have one or more of these other browsers, see if you can download successfully with them. Otherwise, be sure to allow your browser to accept cookies from the site. It might be a problem with a cookie blocker or a pop-up blocker.

Thank you for your quick reply. I am using Internet Explorer 6. I don't have the other browsers. Perhaps I should download another one and check it. I turned off the popup blocker. I still don't get the pictures on that side of the page. I am not sure why.

Two suggestions:

(1.) On your keyboard, press and hold down the keys "Ctrl-F5". This will refresh your connection to the server. Sometimes I get the same problem you are having and it is usually attributed to my browser refreshing temporary web files rather than acually refreshing to the site.

(2.) In IE6, click on the "Tools" menu then click on "Internet Options" from the pull down menu. From the "General" tab, find the "Temporary Internet Files" section. In that section, click on the "Delete Files" button. This will clear out any old web page files from our site that may be conflicting with a new connection in your browser.

As I said, there are times I have the same problem. What I suggested generally works about 50 to 60% of the time, but I can't promise anything. Best of luck. ;)

Thank you Tim,

Your suggestion of pressing CTRL F5 worked. And I deleted files from Internet Options. Thanks a lot. I tried downloading Opera and Firefox and still had the same problem. But your suggestion worked. I really appreciate it.
