King Kong (1933) - Although, it will probably be soon with Peter Jackson's remake almost ready to go.
The Magnificent Ambersons (1942)
Lady in the Lake (1947)
The African Queen (1951)
Bad Day at Black Rock (1955)
Point Blank (1967)
Rolling Thunder (1977)
Still...glad we are finally gonna get stuff like Bringing Up Baby and White Heat on DVD.

I'm not saying it's WRONG, but I would think new on dvd is easier to relate to than in the cinema ;)

I'm not disagreeing with you, I just see no clear board for discussion, but yes, new on DVD would work as these are so new they have not even beem announced.
