Me, I'm rooting for The Incredibles in everything it's in, except original screenplay (where I'm divided over that and Eternal Sunshine, which should win.)
I hope Scorsese will win the Oscar, but it'll be a pity Oscar. But one nonetheless, I guess.
I'm betting Sideways will take home Best Picture.

1st Pick - Who I think should win. 2nd Pick - Who I think will win.
Best Picture: Million Dollar Baby, The Aviator
Best Director: Clint Eastwood. Martin Scorsese (definitely gonna finally get one)
Best Actor: Leonardo DiCaprio. Clint Eastwood (hasn't won an Oscar for acting, so this will probably be his consulation prize, like Scorsese)
Best Actress: Kate Winslet. Hilary Swank
Best Supporting Actor: Morgan Freeman. Jamie Foxx
Best Supporting Actress: Cate Blanchett. Cate Blanchett
Best Screenplay: Charlie Kaufman for Eternal Sunshine. Same
Best Adapted Screenplay: Alexander Payne & Jim Taylor for Sideways. Same
Best Foreign Language Film: Unfortunately, still haven't seen any of the nominees. The Sea Inside seems to have gotten the most exposure, so that might win.
Best Animated Feature: The Incredibles. Same
Best Cinematography: Robert Richardson for The Aviator. Same

Although movies about Hollywood don't usually win many Oscars, "The Aviator" revels in a very glamorous era of legends. Also, there's that thing about Scorsese deserving an Oscar, never mind the fact that one really ought to earn one in a given year, regardless of past "slights". I mean, giving Scorsese the Oscar for "The Aviator" does not in any way rectify him not winning for "Raging Bull". Moreover, giving Scorsese and "The Aviator" a lot of Oscars would unnecessarily deprive others of Oscars, too.

Best Picture: "Million Dollar Baby" will probably win even though I think "Sideways" should win. I think the little movie that could ("Sideways"), is running out of gas and is missing the emotional heart string tugging element that “Baby" has.
Best Director: Clint Eastwood. While I hope that Martin Scorsese wins, I think that the Academy has an affinity for Eastwood. If Scorsese wins, it's for a Lifetime Achievement and not for the Aviator (which I agree wasn't in his top 5 movies).
Best Actor: Jamie Foxx. Let's face it, he made you forget that he was Jamie Foxx playing Ray Charles by the end of the movie and had you seeing him as Ray Charles. The mannerisms, the speech, everything was so spot on and was accompanied by an outstanding story. I still don’t understand how Paul Giamatti got left off this list.
Best Actress: Hilary Swank. She's going to get a big push from the emotional aspect of her role. That said, I’d love to see Kate Winslet win this. My criterion for giving acting awards is to see an Actor/Actress step outside of their comfort level/personality, and that is something that Kate Winslet did in spades. She was brilliant in the role; however the movie's early release killed her campaign.
Supporting Actress: Cate Blanchett. This was another spot on performance of Hepburn. There is a fine line between acting and imitating. To get all of her personality traits down (voice, walk, pacing, etc.) is a real testament to a great actress.
Supporting Actor: Thomas Hayden Church. This was the hardest one for me. I'm torn between Church and Clive Owen. Anyone that's seen the emotional roller coaster that is "Closer" knows that Owen was tremendous. His scene where he confronted Julia Roberts in their loft was painful and stirring at the same time. kind of like watching a train wreck. You know what's going to happen, but you can't look away. Church made me laugh in a role that I thought was going to be too much for him (c'mon.. it's Lowell from "Wings"). Giamatti carried the first half of the movie, but once they arrived in wine country the movie was Church's.
Animated Feature: Incredibles. Simply the best film out there this year. Added bonus points for using Craig T. Nelson ("Coach" for goodness sakes).
Screenplay (Adapted): "Sideways". This is where this film really excels.
Screenplay (Original): "Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind". Kaufman's mind works in ways that baffle many (including me), but he seems to be able to pull out some coherent thoughts and make wonderful movies come out of them.

Best Picture: Finding Neverland (amazing movie, struck more of a chord with me than "baby" 'cause I'm not a butch female boxer, I'm a son and a brother)
Best Director: Martin Scorsese (even though it's not even in his top 5 films, still better DIRECTED than the others)
Best Animated Feature: The Incredibles (personally I think it's a travesty that Polar Express was passed over for Shark Tale and Shrek 2)
Best Actor: Leonardo DiCaprio (it's between Leo and Jamie, personally I believe that Leo pulled out a winning performance, he seized to be the king of the world in the aviator)
Best Actress: Kate Winslet (a great performance and best of all it's against type. hilary swank effectively plays the same character in a different situation in every movie. pick a different role for god sakes swanky!)
Best Screenplay: Charlie Kaufman (if he doesn't win I will consider it among the greatest injustices in oscar history, right up there with scorsese losing to costner for best director and russel crowe losing to denzel for a beautiful mind)

Everytime somebody chooses Thomas Hayden Church for best supporting actor I am totally baffled. I've seen Sideways twice and that performance was NOT oscar calibur. I really really don't get it. Just like I didn't get why Bill Murray was nominated for Sideways. Is it really that hard to play a subdued version of himself, only drunk?
Paul Giamatti getting passed up is definitely one of the classic blunders. The second, and only slighty less known, is never get involved in a land war in Asia. The third is never get into it with a Sicilian when DEATH is on the line! Anyways, his performance WAS oscar calibur. I don't get it.
Jamie Foxx certainly deserves the praise he has gotten, but that doesn't make his performance automatically better than Leo's. Maybe I just feel that way because I think Aviator is a much better film than Ray. A great character in a great movie is better than a great character in a slightly above average movie.

Best Picture: I have not seen Finding Neverland but from all the others i'm stuck between MDB and Aviator
Best Director: Martin Scorsese
Best Actor: I dont' really see why so many people say Jamie Foxx. Sure he really changed the type of actor he is and did a good job but really just isn't as good as others up for the award, and even actors not up for the award. Like Paul Giamatti, he was passed up when he was in American Splendor and now with sideways.
From those nominated: Leonardo DiCaprio
Best Actress: Hilary Swank
Best Supporting Actor: Either Thomas Haden Church or Morgan Freeman.
Best Supporting Actress: Cate Blanchett
Best Director: Martin Scorsese

There is a talk in the media that Million Dollar Baby is misleading in its marketing campaign. Appearently it's a depressing movie, but they are advertising it as an uplifting and a "feel good" kind.
Any truth to that? It will be a while before I get to see it in Spain.
