I saw this header under the reviews tab and clicked on it. there are only 2 entries! (horror and speilberg) i was wondering if there are any plans to add more categories (comedy would be nice for one).

Yes, the editor has big plans for this section of the site. However, there are ten hundred and fifty-three (point four) other things he's working on, too, so it's just a matter of time when he gets around to the "Director/Genre" listings.
DVD Town is always evolving. For those of you who have been with us for more than a few years, you know the whole site looks a lot different than it did just three years ago, and entirely different than it did in 1997 when DVDs were first released and we were one of only a couple of sites devoted exclusively to DVDs.
Incidentally, while there are now thousands of DVD sites around, the ones we started with have vanished. I guess that makes us the oldest DVD site currently on the Web, now that I think about it. It helps that we're also one of the biggest, if not THE biggest. But we can thank DVD Town's loyal readers like yourself for that, Matt. So, thank you.
