At the pages below you will find surfaced information about The "DOOM" Movie.

Mlovie's screenshots
Why im i getting the impression that this would be your No.1 "ALIEN" rip-off?
Quote from filmforce:
the movie is based on a fictitious planet and a plot revolving around a disease that turns people to zombie mutants.
Correction, Your No.1 ALIEN & RESIDENT EVIL "Dark corridor, Annoying Lighting, darkness comming in and out of certain scenes" Rip-off?
ImdPlot Outline:When a Special Ops squadron answers a distress call from a science lab on the planet Olduvai, their investigation reveals that a series of mutant beings are systematically killing off the population there
This sound very much like "ALIENS"
Director Filmography:
Cradle 2 the Grave (2003)
Exit Wounds (2001)
"HRT" (2001) TV Series (pilot)
Romeo Must Die (2000)
A Martial arts movie maker, Will that mean that zombies will know aikido and break bones like seagal did in exit wounds?
Writer's Previous Work:
Well...this is his first one.
Conclusion: Maybe on DVD for me, Not in a theater. Im not gonna get fed another mindless thriller that has every cliche a movie of this genre has.

Oh boy. Here we go again. It's very sad that good writers have gone extinct. How many "videogame movies" are we to endure? Where have the good writers gone? Are they just not paid enough? How is it that seemingly, we only get a movie with a good, or decent storyline and idea every few years? What's infinitely worse, is we've beome accustomed to wading in this crapulence. However, I think a large reason why this has come about, is that we've also become addicted to movie watching. Instead of being more selective, and weeding out the stinkers, we take the mindset of "maybe it's better than it looks in the trailer?". So, we see these movies against our better judgement. Herein lies the problem. If Hollywood can rely on us spending our hard earned money on whatever garbage they spew forth, it will continue, solely on the capitalistic basis.

You are right Josh. Wait and see, Halo will also be made to a movie. The game is ok with weak story. Both DOOM and Halo are doomed.

This trend has got to be in response to the gaming industry surpassing gross profits made by the film industry by leaps and bounds in the last few years. It makes sense from the monetary perspective, but MAN, does it make for a labotomizing 2 hours wasted, that you'll NEVER get back!

Tim,
Why not go the whole 9 yards? Let's make a film based on the "Dress-up Barbie" game! That'll show 'em. ;)

Well, Josh, let's start cashing in on it. Let us begin developing a stroy around "Roller-coaster Tycoon" or "Sim City", eh?

Video games suck. They should have stopped making them after Pong, Pac-Man, and Tetris. It's really bad when people play these new video games, like Halo or whatever the hell is "in", hours and days on in, and forget to take a shower, forget what year it is, forget what their names are, etc.

Well, I suppose whatever floats your boat. You can find someone that will call whatever your hobby is a "waste of time". It's relative. One man's trash is another's treasure.

I should probably clarify my statement. There is a difference between a casual video gamer and the extremist video gamer. When you reach a point in which you play video games all day, never go outside, and cutoff social interaction, that is when you should stop playing, and perhaps find a new hobby.
