A History of Violence

I havent posted for months, and not as much as Id like to, but I noticed there's no thread for A History of Violence. I thought the movie was fantastc and I just wanted to give it some love. That is all.

I saw it and had mixed feelings about it, but the acting was great. It was a very character driven movie.

Very good movie, everything about it was great apart from one very important thing. The movie was slower than a week in the jail. My Dad and myself enjoy a really good plot and while this film had a great plot my Dad ended up turning the movie off after 30 mins because it was too slow.

Whoever wrote the screenplay should be shot. Its as if they took a 30 min short story and stretched it to an hour and a half.
