The Gcube doesn't have an overabundance of good games, but when it hits the mark, it really hits hard (Metroid Prime games, Windwaker).

But this game has topped them all imo. One of the best console games I've played in a long time.

They completely reinvented the series. All of the problems of the previous games (camera angles, preposterous puzzles, ink ribbons, item boxes etc etc) are fixed. The graphics are some of the best the console market has to offer.

The game is a lengthy 20+ hours first time through with little to no backtracking. Pretty amazing stuff.

Tell me about it! I love my Cube, I had an XBOX but just got rid of it. It was simply to over rated for me, not to mention the brick for remote control.

The Gamecbe has my favorite games such as the Mario Series and Metroid, and now Metal Gear Solid: Twin Snakes. I love it. The Mario games just remind me of my childhood.

Whoo-hoo! Fellow Gamecubers, eh?

I too love my Gamecube even though I haven't bought a new game in the last year & a half. Grad school just doesn't allow me the time to play anymore. I still haven't finished playing Resident Evil ONE...or Eternal Darkness...or Metroid Prime...

I'm also addicted to the Mario games...my sister buys all the Mario Party games and I usually get sucked into them.

I know, Mario Sunshine is a very tedious game but nonetheless... fun!

The busy, busy lives we lead... I'm still trying to get through FF: Crystal Chronicles and Mario Sunshine, but they are very repititious, repititious, repititious, repititious.

Honestly. I don't know. First off, I own my own Video Production Company. I am married and have two children. I have over 250 DVD's to watch, and most of them I have not watched yet. And then there is the Cube. I guess I usually play after My Wife and I watch a movie at night and then she goes to bed and I will sometimes stay up and play! That is if I dont have a recorded show on my DVR to watch.

Im still playing Halo 2 online nightly. I had a Cube from launch until about 4 months ago when I traded it in for a Nintendo DS. i willhappily re-buy a cube (used foe $60 now, probably go down more later) once the new Zelda game hits. I think I'll get RE4, the new Zelda and Wind Waker.

Kristian,

How do you find time for playing all these games? and then watch movie every night:). I got tired of Ninja Gaiden so I am planning to start Metal Gear solid 3.

I also have not played RE4, but I am still trying to finish several games I recently bought like, Metroid Prime 2, Mario Sunshine, Metal Gear Solid, Madden 2005 - I am doing the whole franchise thing! and Lord of the Rings: The Third Age.

The old RE games were very tedious, having to backtrack over and over again. I've not had time to sample RE4 yet but have heard great things about it. Anyway, I'm semi-playing Paper Mario with my kids, with me reading the text to them. They also like playing Mario Party 4 and Mario Kart DD. Oh and Donkey Konga is wicked fun! My son's an expert with playing Queen's "We Will Rock You" on the congas. lol

Nearly gave up on Ninja Gaiden on the first stage! The first boss took me 10 tries to get through but it was really satisfying after that.

Mario Sunshine is horrible, the camera is so bad, I git dizzy playing it.

Can't wait for Gran Turismo 4 in less than 3 weeks. First I gotta get a set of PS2 component cables cause GT4 runs in 1080i.

Hock,

You are right. I also nearly gave up NG at the chapter 1 after the first boss fight. It took me atleast 50 sincere tries to defeat the bastard! I am in chapter 7 couldn't take it anymore but it makes me feel good. It is a great game which is really tough. Have u finished the game?
