How can you make your DV footage which was shot @ 29.9 fps look like it was shot on @ 24fps? filmlike.

Programs like "Adobe Premier" and "Adobe After Effects" allow you to change the frame rate of your video, however this may not give you the results you desire. There are other programs out there that "Pinnacle" makes that would also work for you.

thnx for the reply, i use adobe premiere for the last six months and i've learned it quite well, but reducing framerate only results into slower motion. instead of removing frames, it slows them down.
