kung fu hustle

i got kung fu hustle about 2 weeks ago, so it needed to be added to the db

If you're referring to Stephen Chow's "Kung Fu Hustle," it just opened in theaters in the U.S. about three weeks ago. Don't know how you got the DVD unless you're living in another country or unless you're requesting that we post a listing for the movie in theaters. The DVD won't be available in the U.S. for many months.

That movie must really suck.
I Saw its flash thingies on imdb and other sites...it looks poor.

You're going to judge a movie based on it's flash advertisements, are you kidding me?

I hated the trailer for "Kung Fu Hustle" but I went to see it anyway. I was very pleasantly surprised. It's very funny, and makes great use of comedic CGI effects. Even more amazing is the fact that the film is a parody of "The Matrix" (and other films) but still works better as a straight-up action movie than either of the Matrix sequels.

And the battle with the musicians is the most exciting, innovative action sequence you'll see all year.

well...maybe ill rent it...
