Believe it or not, even the Criterion people are not without fault. Apparently, the Spellbound DVD won't play on some Toshiba and other DVD players. The company has fixed the problem in subsequent pressings. If you have problems playing your Spellbound DVD, go to - EXTERNAL LINK - for information concerning obtaining a replacement.
