~WARNER ISSUES 'SUPER' APOLOGY~

Warner Home Video (WHV) announced it would issue free replacement discs for selected content left out of the 14-disc Superman Ultimate Collector’s Edition, which streets Nov. 28 for $99.98 SRP.
The studio said bonus content from the Superman III Deluxe Edition and the Dolby Digital 2.0 mix in disc one of Superman: The Movie Four Disc Special Edition were inadvertently omitted.
Neither disc is known to be physically defective in any way.
The exchange program applies only to purchases of the Superman III Deluxe Edition in the Superman Ultimate Collector’s Edition and to disc one of Superman: The Movie Four Disc Special Edition, available as a single title, as well as in The Christopher Reeve Superman Collection and in the Superman Ultimate Collector’s Edition.
WHV said it was extending apologies to all Superman fans who had waited “so patiently” for this collection.
Replacement discs can be obtained by calling: 800-553-6937.

Thanks for the info. It looks like Warner Bro. is handling this the same way Universal handled the Back to the Future Trilogy debacle. They will send you a self addressed stamped envelope and you will mail the incorrect discs back and then they will mail you the correct discs.
I called the number and was on hold for about 12 minutes or so. They take your address and phone number. They also need the last 5 numbers of the barcode. The barcode is located on the cardboard sleeve that covers the box. So don't throw it away!
