My Town... Where Is It?

Ok, I can't be the only one that's been waiting for "My Town" to be back up and running. The notice said/says "My town back December 11th"... it's now December 12th, where is it?!!

This new website sucks. Old website at least worked. Where is My Town???

My Town Delayed until January

It is with much regret that I have to inform you that My Town has been delayed until January 2007. It is mainly due to technical difficulties and time constraints.

However, we are working hard to secure the necessary resources and talent to develop the most comprehensive and easy to use My Town service.

Again, I'm truly sorry for trouble and inconvenience.

Too bad, Henning. Time constraints are understandable and I can wait another month, but don't wait for the "big bang" update of MyTown and give us something here. The least you can do is remove the date.

One suggestion: I think it would be easier to find the theatrical reviews if they were under the "Reviews" section instead of "News" (i.e. "All theatrical reviews"). Plus the're not searchable. Although, the site is about dvds not movie reviews in general. What do you think?

At this point I just assume have the old my town back, at least as an interim. I never had any problems with it before, but good luck working on the new one.

I liked the old site a lot, I found the format really simple to read and easy to navigate through . Regardless of the change I still like your site. I was looking forward to see what you guys would have done with the Collection and Wish List areas. Hey good luck getting those inconviniences out of your system. Hopefully when you say January 2007, it doesnt mean till the very last day of January.
