MGM URL or telephone needed for missing DVD booklet

Can anyone on this illustrious board provide the MGM url or telephone number? I purchased a brand new "The Last Waltz" but the booklet was not in the case. I can't find any way to get in touch with MGM Home Entertainment to plead my case.

Do you have any other MGM dvds?Maybe you can find on the dvd. Usually you cannot find the number directly. U will have to call the technical support no first and then they will give the phone number for your problem..I hope you find it

I had the same problem with a number of MGM dvd's, including the Last Waltz. I was sent one after complaining to consumerhelp@mgm.com

Are you guys talking about the insert that usually is a picture of the cover on 1 side and a chapter list on the other?

Yes, that's it. I have had that problem quite a bit in recent months. MGM dvds in particular. Universal emailed me and said "we are including dvd inserts less often, in favor of utilizing menu content on the dvd itself".
But still, whenever I open a new dvd and there is no insert or booklet, I always contact the company to make sure that I am not missing anything. Sometimes they send me an insert, sometimes they say there isn't supposed to be one.

nice! i have over 30 dvd's that have no inserts maybe i'll get some of them thanx for the info. im missing some of those box type slip covers on 3 dvds maybe i can get those to.
