Pixar and WB email needed

I'm missing the slip cover for my incredibles dvd so I was wondering if anyone has the pixar or disney email address to get a replacement. Also my miss congeniality dvd didn't come with the booklet or free movie ticket that was advertised so if anyone knows the email address to replace that please help.

As far as I know, the special edition of "Miss Congeniality" does not come with a booklet insert. But my copy did come with a free movie pass, although perhaps it was only a limited-time offer.

No slipcover for "The Incredibles"? Did you lose it or damage it or didn't it come with one? (Wouldn't you have noticed it was missing when you bought it, or did you mail-order it?) In any case, you could always try to exchange it if Disney won't send you a replacement.

I have lost a few DVD slipcovers to various puppies and daughters over the years. Call me cheap, but I have a nice photo printer so I just look up a high res scan of the cover online and resize it to fit and print it out myself.
