hi! The picture keeps freezing in almost the same spot on the DVD I recently purchased. I exchanged the DVD and got another one which is still freezing in almost the same area. Any suggestions?

try playing the disc in another dvd player or a dvd drive on a computer.
if the problem goes away, then your dvd player is at fault. if the problem persists on other machines, then the disc production is at fault.
