Have to say, Jason has redeemed himself (after panning the hilarious-yet-touching Knocked Up) with his stellar review of Ratatouille. I had the good fortune to see it on Saturday and loved every minute of it. I fancy myself something of a cook, and this addressed everything that I have grown to love about the culinary arts. The pacing was good, jokes were brilliant, and the characters were wonderful. I especially loved the nod to Hitchcock's "To Catch a Thief" by the makeup of the kitchen. The folks at Pixar sure know how to make a movie that can appeal to a broad crowd, and should be commended.

Thank J! I tell ya, if I could have just written "Go see this movie," I would have. It's right up there with "300" for me in terms of enjoyment so far this year.
