We have launched a big update to the message board.
We now use BBcode to create links, smilies and more.
Please note that old posts may contain strange symbols. However, all new once will work. We are working on getting the old once fixed as well.
It is also possible to monitor threads. This feature notifies you via email when a monitored thread is updated.
We hope you will help us bug fix this. Please post errors in this thread wen you find them.

Wow, that's great news! When will we get semicolons and the ability to have our own custom avatars next to our names?

I like how the emoticons show up when your posting, nice feature. Custom avatars would also be great so I'm looking forward to that.

what tim wrote is true. some punctuations (like semicolons) don't work, and some numbers look messed up when a post goes live.

Looks like the third emoticon which is a Wink doesn't work. It consists of a semi colon and a bracket but it doesn't come up because semi colons don't work. All you get is the bracket ) when choosing that emoticon.

(09/29/07) date with / dividers between ( )
'07 date with an ' mark
Also, I hope the URL links will fully work, without being broken or corrupted.
