Ok so the Transformers HD DVD will only have Dolby Digital Plus audio, no Dolby TrueHD? Before Paramount/Dreamworks decided to go HD DVD only I believe the bluray version of this movie was to include a Dolby TrueHD audio track on it. Why not on the HD DVD version? Don't get me wrong DD+ sounds good but if they were going to offer it on bluray they should do the same with the HD DVD version.

john,
nah, i'm a blu-ray-lover in disguise here to knock paramount for going hd-dvd-only.
oh, wait...blu-ray has blu-ray discs that are designed not to play at all in some blu-ray players.

Not true. No details where released officially on Transformers before they went HD DVD only. So I would put this in the unconfirmed rumor pile.
