I know I am new around here, but I have to disagree with James review on Spiderman 3. I am sure it does look and sound awesome on HD Blu Ray. But number 3 was without a doubt, the worst of the three. When they include multiple villians, I think it bogs down the film to much. To many plots going on, made the movie way to hard to watch. We have been harping on Mr. Bay and his BIG BOOM mentality with all his CGI. And all it looked like in SM 3, was to add to add more bad guys which = more CGI eye candy.
And one more thing, I know the Spiderman franchise has been good, but Batman Begins, well that wasn't to shaby of a superhero movie in my view.

like some of the guys on here say, is a personal opinion.

i liked the movie enough to won, but dont think is perfect or close in any way, i just enjoy watching it. and like i always say, most trilogy's have one bad one!

they gave transformers an 8. which im on my way to go buy.

When it looks like sh_ _ and smells like sh_ _ then we have to come to a simple conclusion, It's sh_ _... No ones opinion matters if the simple facts are obvious about what we are staring at sh_ _, oops I mean spider-man 3... My son and I when to the theaters to see this one and boy there was a stench in the air from the last show lingering... and please note I'm a huge spidyfan, but come on a 9, THX..:-}

Jim is our Ann Coulter.

Give an outrageous rating to a film that nobody else liked, and now everyone's talking about.

Pure genius, and you have all fallen into his trap.

People like movies for various reasons which is a good thing.

To show the diversity among DVDTOWN.com staff here is the Theatrical Review we did this summer. Here it got a five from John and a six from Jason.

I would probably give it a four.

Oh, well.
