You actually need to paste a URL to the image. All I do is a google image search to find the image I want. In the case of the Eric Estrada, I did and image search (go to google and click on the image link then type in the image you're looking for) for "You're a Homo" and whalla', there they were. Then all you do is click the image you want and then choose to see the full image all by itself -- meaning, make sure all you see on the screen is the image only. Copy the link in the http:// address bar and paste it between the image tags in your DVDTOWN post window.
I should note to be careful of the pixel size in which you choose. Google usually returns results and displays the dimensions below the image. In the case of DVDTOWN, Henning doesn't allow his post blocks to stretch, so don't place something in your post over 400 pixles wide, height can be anything.
