Is anyone having issues with Spiderman 1 Blu-ray in PS3?

I've had a PS3 since the day it came out and i've never had any problems with it at all. Now i don't own games for it because to me it doesn't have a game yet, but i watch movies with it about once a week or two. I bought the Spiderman Trilogy on Blu-Ray and Spiderman 2/2.1 and Spiderman 3 work fine but when i was watching the first one, right when MJ kisses Spiderman, the movie freezes and about 30 seconds later it begins playing from about 10 min further into the film. I took it back to Best Buy and got a new set and once again, in the exact same spot on the first Spiderman, the same freezing and skipping occurs. Is anyone else having this issue? I've downloaded all of the updates(including the newest one released today) and i still haven't had luck with this troublesome spot.
