Lost Season 3

I have been searching and searching and all I can find is that it is coming out on DVD and Blu-ray. Why not HD DVD? It would be nice to know if it is coming out before Christmas because that is when I need it. Thanks

I don't believe Lost has been released on HD DVD in North America but I'm not sure about Europe. If it's available in Europe (which I doubt) you can still play it in U.S. players as HD DVD has no region coding restrictions.

Lost is owned by Buena Vista, which is a part of Disney, so it will only be out on Blu-ray.

this war is probably new to you.. otherwise you wouldnt be especting a Disney title... practically... to be released on HD DVD. for next time, just dont espect any Blu exclusives on HDDVD.

So your saying that if I want to be able to watch any array of movies I have to own both an HD DVD Player and a Blu-ray player? Because only having one player limits the movies you can watch?

GervMan42 keep in mind that there are many "bluray exclusive" movies that you can get in Europe on HD DVD. So you can order them online and use them on your HD DVD player because HD DVD has no region coding restrictions.
