Tim,
I love the cold weather it actualy brings us closer as a family. I could not imagine spending the holidays in warm weather. It just doesn't seem like XMAS, but I do wish you the warmest of wishes.

Yeah that is an expression we hear in Canada all the time. But when its to cold to snow we get lake effect snow and windchills down to -30 C which is -22 F. that is why we stay indoors and WATCH MOVIES!!!

Speaking of windchill, I am glad to announce that both HD DVD and Blu-ray disks have survived the frozen in the mailbox torture test. Both rentals came at the same time, and the bottom edges of the envolope were frozen to the bottom of the mailbox. Guess there was a little moisture in there before things got really cold. A good yank freed them from their icey imprisonment.
I let both warm up before putting one, then the other in their players. Both played fine!
So no need to fear freezing your Blu-ray and HD DVD movies.

We’ve got some snow last Sunday in NYC. I didn’t really care much about the weather though, since I was putting together my beautiful new HDTV and watching movies like crazy.
