Gothika HD DVD

Does anyone who own Gothika on HD have a problem with the picture freezing at a certain point? I have this movie and it freezes at a certain point all the time. I contacted Amazon(who I ordered the movie from) and they sent me a new copy and it did the same thing. Toshiba sent me a disc to update the firmware....but it did NOT fix the problem. Toshiba said that it's probably the disc NOT being comptable with the player. Does anyone have suggestions?

I had no problem playing the HD DVD of "Gothika" in my Toshiba A1, nor do I remember reading anything at AVS Forums about people having trouble with it.

At what point does it freeze up, and what player are you using?

You say you've tried several copies of this HD DVD, and they all freeze in the same spot? Cleaning them probably wouldn't help, then. The only two freeze-ups I've ever encountered with an HD DVD were due to something on the disc surface, because after cleaning them with eyeglass cleaner and a soft cloth, they played perfectly.
