Who actually thinks that Pan's Labyrinth should've been rated R? It's a PG-13, but not an R!!!

No, it was right that it was PG13. There was no humping or an excessive use of foul language. It had violence but not at the level I've seen in other PG13 films. I really don't see where it needed to be R rated, but some people are a little more conservative than I.

Tim,
"Pan's Labyrinth" IS rated R in America (for graphic violence). The face-slitting scene alone is pretty brutal.

Really? I never noticed. Then again, I really don't pay much attention anymore on what films are rated. I thought it was PG13, and as I said, I've seen much more violent films that have been rated PG13. And yes, the face-slittling scene was pretty graphic but the guy deserved it! So, what's the big deal?
