Pardon if this sounds impatiant but how long does the request release take? I know when I submitted the 17 I requested it said 7 days, but I submitted them December 9th and 10th and they are still not in the database and still listed as waiting to be processed. I organize and update my collection once a month and don't want to request any until last months are added.

Pardon my bump but it seems the Request release feature is now borked. The "slowness" didn't bother me, and my requests did eventually get added. (Thank you guys!) But: I've tried 2-3 times over a couple of weeks to Request one film and, when submitted, I get a blank page and it is not added to my Status list.

So, just to clarify, can (should?) we add requests for movies to be added or no?

EDIT: Oh wow! lol, didn't see that henning's post was also from today... I'm not really THAT impatient, REALLY! )

I've noticed the slow response rate as well as the blank page problem that OAK mentioned. I haven't requested any releases in a couple years so user numbers are probably up a decent amount, but I don't remember it ever taking more than a month.

Thanks for the efforts, I know there's probably only a couple of you handling the whole thing.
