L.A. Times: Paramount still behind HD DVD

Paramount will be going Blu-ray, it's just a matter of how quickly they do.

I love HD-DVD and was much much much depressed to know that Warners went Blu-ray exclusive.
HD-DVD is dying.
I can hardly believe that Paramount would stick for a long time since there is clause in their agreement with HD-DVD camp that he can switch to BD if Warners should do. Try guess why this clause?
Unlike most people here who just buy a HD-DVD or Blu-ray player, I worked for HD-DVD for recent years. I feel I'm losing a close friend, SADLY. But if HD-DVD is gonna die, I hope it can die as fast as possible to end the pains and confusions. That could benifit the customers, and the whole High Def industry. Although I believe if HD-DVD survived instead of BD, it could benifit more.
