I thought this was a fun film. And all those jungle greens and leaf detail should shine in hidef, not to mention the audio effects with that crazy gun that Arnold? carried around. Looking forward to this one!

PREDATOR on Blu-ray should be demo material! It's one of my favorite SpEd DVDs, and is available in 1:85.1, so the entire TV screen is filled with the image. Just hope Fox will carry-over the many DVD extras to the forthcoming Blu-ray.
And I hope we can get the sequel, PREDATOR 2, in hi-def Blu-ray later too, it has some very dark and fast-moving scenes, and the extra resolution and premium HD image quality should really help us viewers appreciate the film. (I don't own P2 on DVD, but I do have the Widescreen LaserDisc).
