Going on Saturday morning. Can't wait, partly because of the Star Trek teaser attached at the beginning.

I've got pre-view tickets to Cloverfield for tonight. If I remember, I'll take some notes and write a small review on it tomorrow. Don't worry, I won't spoil it. )

Do I detect a "weeee" bit of sarchasm, Tim?
I don't blame you, I'm a little aprehensive myself. I am curious and suspicious as to why they've kept the monster in this movie so hush-hush to this point. Usually, if they don't release it early enough for critics to review it, it tends to be a horrible flick.
It seems to me when the initial trailer came out, months ago, for this movie, it was labeled "Bad Robot", not "Cloverfield". Does that give away the monster? I don't know, but, I'm curious. I guess I'll see tonight.

They are screening for critics. I've had two invites to the movie in the past week from the agency I work with, but they are over an hour away.

"Bad Robot" is producer JJ Abrams production company. Nothing more and nothing less. The same name is on the end of LOST and was on Alias when it aired.

If they're screening for critics, that's a good sign.
I guess I wasn't paying close enough attention when I first saw the trailer for this movie. But, it will be very interesting to see how I feel after the movie tonight.

It's just Godzilla 2 and nothing more. The previews do look inviting, though.
