No, these disks are not made of silicon. But you may as well give up and go duel format and buy a Blu-ray. After all, all your base are belong to us.

Too bad Tim that us "nerds" just can't get along huh. I could respond with a likewise rude comment but I'm too old for it. Oh and I have a life too. I'm going to spend time with my wife right now. Have fun continuing to insult people through the mighty computer screen.

WTF? What on earth are you talking about? I'm not insulting anyone -- I'm a joke maker, try and keep up.

I too am old and I respond the way I do to feel young again. My doctor told me I need to go on a "lighten up" program and quit taking things so serious. All I'm doing is following doctors orders.

Hmm, I am new here, but I thought EVERYONE knew about WB dropping HD, just as Paramount is looking at BR authoring facilities, I could have sworn that was posted on several DVD review sites. maybe I'm wrong but, I did not think so.

Heck, I have a PS3 and all I buy is BR now. I have an HD Drive for my XBOX and have maybe 4 titles, (King Kong came with the unit) but Blu Ray, I have 17 already, in just a few weeks of owning the PS3. Dawn of the Dead never looked BETTER!!!

We all know about Warner Shafting HD... It's just that some of us would rather support HD-DVD then BR-DVD.
