Do you guys think 2400 lumens would be too bright sitting at 9.6 ft from screen? I am looking at the Optoma HD71 going on sale here in Canada on Costco.ca on Jan 28th. It is a home theater projector but maybe it is to bright. Will I be blinded?

2400 lumens? Damn. I think you could burn a hole in a bank vault with that light cannon.

I returned it because I wasn't happy with the picture quality! Brightness was really good though.
