My Picture Question

It's nice that I can have my own picture in my profile, but how do I update it to a new one? I can't find any options anywhere change my picture. No buttons, no nothing and now I'm really mad.

If your browser is not set to check for new version of stored pages at every visit the system may load the old image even if the new one is uploaded.

I also had problems finding where to upload new picture. It seems more logical that it would be under Profile.
