I'm looking to get a high def tv now for my bedroom and planning to move either my hd-dvd A3 or my playstation3 in there with it.
I was looking at the Sony KDL - XBR4. I love the look and the picture quality but hate the price ( for a 32" kinda pricey ).
Any suggestions on a similar TV with great picture quality and quality built in audio receivers sound...without breaking the bank.
thx

if its just the bed room id go with a 32 vizio lcd pretty good picture only 599 has hdmi ports and everything, i think the 37inch model is only 799, that still probably cheaper than sony. I bought one about 6 months ago for my bedroom, and im been very pleased with it so far and so is my bank account lol.

For LCD, I'm partial to Sharp primarily, also Toshiba, JVC, and Panasonic (who produces an outstanding 720p 32" model w/120hz processing). Vizio is excellent for price, and has decent image quality, but long-term reliability is questionable. Still, most Vizio LCD owners are happy with them, but many Vizio plasma owners have made serious gripes for more than a year on the AVS Forum site.

thanks guys,
I'll look those brands up. i'm trying to stick to 32". 37 is starting to be abit to big for our preferance for a bedroom tv. (besides i've spent a crap load of money on our main system).
