Yes, Barack takes the Chesapeake Primary. What a candidate, I have never seen a candidate fill up arena after arena. Hillary Clinton is an excellent opponent should she win I think she would do an excellent job as well. Sen. McCain seems to have the GOP nomination. I am just so glad that the BUSH administration will be over soon.

Has to be the most interesting and exciting race I've seen in my lifetime. No matter who wins, history will be made! Should be fun to see the outcome this election year.

As an aussie, i never used to pay that much attention to the american election process, just who won, but i have watched every primary/caucus so far, and i must say your candidates, adn the grandure of your process put ours to shame.......... but then we are a small country (population wise) lol
Personally i want Hillary to win, just cause i think american-australian relationships could be made stronger with her, but then we'd be more then willing to work with Obama..... especially Kevin Rudd, (our country feels better already, i felt so bad when John Howard slung that lowball at the Democrats, stating if they win its a win for the terrorists...... well..... we showed him what we thought lol)
Can't wait to see what happens...... just as long as you guys don't vote in another republican......... lol

The politics of HD DVD vs. Blu Ray please !!

This is not the Presidential politics forum, unless Obama finally endorses HD DVD, and Clinton is firmly in the Blu Ray camp.

I heard Bill Clinton had a few releases on Blu-Dress, but that format is evidently no longer supported.

Yes he is and I met him up in Sedona once. He's really a down to earth nice guy, a real gentleman and I'm not usually a Republican. The one thing I can say for this election year, I'll be pleased nomatter who wins.

Dude, f-ing chill! Tony did post this thread in the ABOUT EVERYTHING section of the message boards. We have talked politics here in the past and there's no reason we can't now! We get enough format war crap, perhaps it is YOU that needs to get lost!

Thanks Tim, that's why I did'nt respond to that reply, there is enought talk about a war that does'nt really matter one way or the other.

Tim, I have seen so many political threads turn to arguments, to flame wars, to death threats.

There are many political forums on other sites to accommodate this, what part of www.DVDTOWN.com "where movies matter" does this fit??

Just trying to keep things a little more civil... Seriously, I don't want to argue those types of politics on a DVD movies forum.

PEACE !!!

No problem, Tony. I'm pleased you started a thread about something actually worthwhile. Politics can get heated, but a lot of fun and interesting to see other people's point of view. I'm very glad you stared this thread. Thank YOU my friend.
