J&R always freak me out when I order from them, especially the last (3rd) time. For some reason, I didn't get an email order confirmation the last two orders, but I did get a shipping confirmation with the 2nd order. But the 3rd order, I never received a shipping confirmation, and it had been 2 weeks and still no disks. So I checked my account history, and the first two orders were listed, but not my third. So I looked at my credit card statement online, and they had put the transaction through for that missing 3rd order a week earlier.

The very next morning I'm about to call them about charging me for this lost order, and the postman knocks at the door with the package! To this day, the order still isn't listed on my order history, just the first two.

I've been ordering from JR.com for about 2 years now, and have always received great service, and no problems. To me, they are as reliable as Amazon, and often has some great discount sales. I recommend others to get on their Email list.
