This site being INVADED by BLU!!!

Ok for all of us who supported HD DVD, let's try to jump over to the official Blu Ray web site, talk about HD DVD, and see what happens to us. This site is now being invaded by Blu Ray supporters, who want to strike up a thread about Paramount has done this already and Universal was doing that already. All the blah blah blah about this news service saying that, and that news service this. Can't you just wait until you get the final word from Toshiba before you start crashing this site. Some of you I have not even seen on here, not until this announcement about Toshiba pulling out of the war. But you see, the guys who created this site, are guys who have an open door policy that let's you express any form of propaganda you like. It is not a site, that at first glance of being HD DVD, they boot you out on your arse.
Be as it may, and yes you Blu supporters do have the upper hand, HD DVD will at least be around until the end of the year. And who knows, if Toshiba decides to produce a dual player, they may be around alot longer than you think.

I don't know if you noticed this my friend, but last time I checked this was an HD DVD & Blu-ray discussion board. While I understand that this forum may have been the last refuge for HD DVD supporters in the past, going forward you'll see drastic changes happening. Just get used to it.

See vortex you are not as smart as I thought you were my friend. The whole point to my thread, was to express the fact that compared to the Blu site, this site blows it away. If I tryed to go to the Blu Ray site, and talk about me being a HD DVD supporter, they would toss me out. But this site lets you Blu supporters come in here, and no matter what you say, express or report, they let you stay. Thats the point I was making, just try to read between the lines a little Vortex and you will see it.

Hood I agree with you again, but I am not jumping yet. I still think Toshiba will produce a dual player in the near future. And I will buy one on the first day because they will get the technology right the first time. They won't use their loyal fan base as gunny pigs and test out their new players on them.

Hey, I didn't want to sound preachy, my bad. You gotta remember that Blu-ray.com is strictly for Blu-ray discussions, and they don't really tolerate people who think HD DVD is the greatest technology ever invented. I actually don't have any problems with HD DVD, but I do prefer Blu-ray. I've been posting on Blu-ray.com for a while now and I like the site, but lately it's been overrun by a bunch of self congratulatory morons. I need a little break from that.

Thats cool Vortex and I value all of the Blu supporters opinions. I just don't like the Blu supporters that come in here just to entice an argument. Hell I wanna know all about Blu. so if this thing goes as far south as it looks, then I wanna be ready to do what I have to do. You see Vortex it is all about the movies for me, I just love HD, the siights and the sounds. So thanks for being honest and keep up the informative post so we can all learn.

It's happening here too. The original premise of IB's post is correct.

Edit: I did not mean to impy that every BD supporter is a "moron"...not my word anyway. That is far from being true. I am saying, however, that there are those on this forum, pretty much all of them NEW members, who are NOT coming here for dialogue, but rather to sow discontent and rub salt into the wounds of HD DVD supporters. Like IB, I always try to respect everybody's opinion, but this constant barrage of anti-HD DVD gloom and doom reports is getting to be a bit much.

Oh yes, it's gotten really bad over there, but I must say that the new blu ray supporters like Vortex and Blu Bawler seem cool to me. Oh yea hoodaguy, in all of the time I'v ever read your post never would I have thought that this would come from you:
