We can, and I can assure you since I've been here longer than most posters, we have discussed OTHER TOPICS. That's why dvdtown has an "About Everything" section in the message board. Oh, and did you see that tag line under the DVDTOWN logo? Yeah, the one that says "Where Movies Matter"? Care to tell me how thread after thread over an electronics device has anything to do with "Where Movies Matter"? I mean, we really are not having a lot of serious dicussion on film or the art there of. Oscars are coming up, yet nobody here has bothered to post any threads discussing any of the nominated films. Yet, in a place where movies matter, it's ok to have a couple dozen threads over the same, beating a dead horse, topic day after day.

No DVDTOWN is NOT waving the flag of ALL HI-DEF DISCUSSION BELONGS HERE! The fanboys are the ones that did that to the site, thank you. In the past, we have always discussed a multitude of topics ranging from great movies to politics. I really can't help it if you can't manage to expand your train of thought into other avenues that also matter . . . such as movies!

Again, not what I'm laughing about. I'm laughing at the fact that anyone responds! You obviously know the guy is a troll, you could ignore him and you probably have better things to do. So yes, when you or others respond I find it hilarious! For god sake, IT'S JUST . . . A . . . DISC PLAYER!
