You know...I was looking at my Toshiba A1 HD DVD deck last night and I couldn't help but think....it sure looked retro with the stainless steel finish. Ever since I first got the A1 when it was first released I thought the styling looked right out of the 80's. You know, it almost reminds me of an 80's Betamax...
Regardless...I still love my A1 and it gets along fine with my Samsung BDP-1400.

wow, that's a big DVD player, lol. My A2 is about half the size of that. I'm looking to buy an A3 or A35 for the living room and move my A2 to the bedroom. And get an XBOX HD-DVD player for the computer in the game room. )
