Apparently they have already dropped it. I was on their website and added to cart. Went to checkout and saw the discount and tried to continue checkout when browser locked up. Went back and discount is no longer available.....

I just ordered it too. Hope it's actually in stock and we get it. Great value. The main Warner edition (with the original British narration) needs to be remastered so as to include the excellent bonus docs, which are found on the standard DVD editions. So, perhaps another future Blu-ray 2nd edition will include everything, and be worth buying later (on sale).

I have and LOVE the David Attenborough version of BP.

These are the main differences
1) BBC is uncut, while the DC version is cut for commercial breaks (about 10 minutes shorter per episoede)
2) Different narrators (a Brit on the BBC and an American voice on the DC one)
3) BBC version is 1080p and the DC version 1080i

Well, it's certainly a better value than the top selling DVD version selling for $30 more. I like Weaver's voice, and having both versions also gives me a chance to compare their narrations and which scenes were cut. Also I am curious as to how noticeable the PQ is given one is 1080i and the other 1080p.
